Elon Musk publishes a white paper in an event in 2013 in which he told his plan to run Hyperloop. He wants to build the first Hyperloop route from Los Angeles to the San Francisco Bay Area. In which there will be 5 corridors. But when Elon Musk revealed his blueprint, he wasn’t the first or new person to be talking about Hyperloop. Earlier this concept was given by George Medihurst in 1799. Which was not very successful because at that time there was a lack of air vacuum and they were not well developed.

Elon Musk came up with this idea again. The idea which he presented to the public, he had said that anyone can develop this technology. There will be no copyright issue on this. He encouraged all the people to collaborate and develop this technology. Elon Musk is not new though. Virgin has also gone a long way in the Hyperloop. Virgin has also made a train by the name of Hyperloop and has also tested it. Whose speed was 1223 kilometers per hour. Virgin has done the human trial of its Hyperloop train in November 2020, which was quite successful.

On September 14, 2017, Virgin announced the 5 countries in which it would run its first Hyperloop train. These countries included America, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom and India. Where she is about to run her first train. In the US, this train will run from Chicago to Columbus and Pittsburgh. It will run from Toronto to Ottawa in Canada, from Mexico City to Guadalajara in Mexico, and from Glasgow to Liverpool in the UK and from Mumbai to Chennai in India.

Elon Musk’s first plan is to run a Hyperloop Train from Los Angeles to the San Francisco Bay Area. He wants to run the Hyperloop Train under SpaceX or The Boring Company.

What is hyperloop and how does it work?

If we talk about transport, then there are four types of transport. First road, second rail, third plane and fourth sea. If we talk about the road, then when the car moves on the road, then its tires hit the road below, which creates friction, as well as air resistance. If we take our hand out of the car, the wind pushes that hand backwards. It is also known as air drag. Because of this, the car can run only at a limited speed.

If we talk about Hyperloop train, then this does not happen in it. Both of these situations do not happen in a hyperloop train. Both of these are absent. Magnets N and S are joined together. Whereas n-n do not add up. In Hyperloop, there will be n magnets in the track and while the train will also have n magnets. Due to both being N-N the train will lift upwards. This will not create a situation of friction which will end completely. The air vacuum sucks up the air to eliminate air drag. Due to which the air resistance also ends.

The air vacuum in the Hyperloop train will not throw out 100% of the air. It will throw out only 90% of the air and allow 10% of the air to remain inside the train ie the capsule. The Hyperloop train will have a fan ahead. If the train is to be stopped then it starts rotating in the opposite direction due to which the train stops. Solar plates will also be installed on it and the Hyperloop train does not consume much electricity. It will be run by solar plate.

Advantages of Hyperloop Train

According to the US Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s traffic crash data, 38824 people have lost their lives in road accidents in the US in 1 year, which is the largest figure since 2007.

The biggest advantage of Hyperloop train is that there will be no road accidents in it. People will get 100% freedom from traffic crash. Neither will there be any environmental loss. This train is also very important for the environment and it is an Eco friendly train because it can also be run on solar energy and there will be no effect of weather on it because it will be run in a loop.

It will also give relief to the people from traffic jams because a lot of precious time of people is wasted due to traffic jams. Its speed is thousands of kilometers per hour. Which will also save people’s time. It will cause traffic jam and its speed is also fast. People’s time will be saved in both the ways. This train is also very safe. A journey of 3000 kms can be completed by this train in just 3 hours.

Most of the time and money is wasted in freight forwarding. Hyperloop trains will also serve as cargo, which will be much cheaper, accessible and sustainable. This will lead to a boom in the export-import sector. This will make it even easier to exchange and carry things from one place to another.
